This necklace adorned with, Tagua Acaí and Pambil seeds harvested and then dyed and brought to a shine by artisans working with Faire Collection in Ecuador. Each piece brings about a change for artisans living in poverty.

Amanda Judge began her adventure at 26, traveling South America and she discovered the primary reason for so many artisans to be stuck in a cycle of poverty was the lack to profitable markets, armed with a suitcase of jewelry she had designed with artisans, she broke ground on Faire Collection. Ecuador, Vietnam and Swaziland artisans work with Faire Collection to provide stylish modern jewelry made from sustainable products like açaí, tagua, coconut, lpaca and bullhorn. Ensuring that these are sustainable means the artisans are able to expand and continue to bring their work for years to come. Each item is made using traditional methods passed down to the artisans and retain a unique look with a throwback to the past as well as a melding with modern tastes.
